The app shows an ad, I can close the ad screen, but then the actual app screen just shows graphic of guy doing a squat. No controls, no menus, nothing.
It counts burned kcal, too. Yay!!
Does exactly what I need it to do.
It Doesn’t recognize the four in one purchase option. And my Apple Watch is always asking me to create a profile when I already have one this app has been around for years With no significant upgrades when you purchase it, it’s very boring.
Great for even beginners or getting back into squatting again. Love it.

A simple and great app designed in a way that even beginners are able to benefit from it. Each set and day gets progressively harder but just enough to challenge you and not cause you to give up and quit.
I love this app and how it has intervals of cool down breaks in between doing squats . This app lets you work out to mush also which is a plus unlike other apps . Great !!!

I've been at it for a couple weeks and my legs and lower core are feeling great! It doesn't hurt to go up stairs two-at-a-time now!

I like that this app keeps it simple. It's all I really needed and I appreciate how the squats are separated by breaks. I like the ability to change those numbers for a more custom workout. I will be using this app for the remainder of my pregnancy. Great tool!
I love this app! Well worth the free download. I felt the burn the next day, but that's because I did the first week in one day. All in all well worth it!
