It is customizable and I love the app.

Firmer butt and thighs

It starts super easy, but it gets tough later. By the end, I could do over 200 squats and I see the difference. Pretty cool! App runs smoothly. No complaints.

Great app!

This is a really good app to get started with a healthy lifestyle. Love how it adds a small amount of squats at a time so its not overwhelming.

A new start...

I havent been the type to do squats when I would go to the gym... But with this app it has given me the confidence to work out my squats at home and eventually move to the higher levels such as doing it with weights at the gym. Simple, straight to the point and a great workout... Awesome app!

I live this app, I have all the related ones (push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, and squats) I only wish they had them all on one app.

Pretty good app. Its a lil boring looking but ultimately it does it job. I enjoy the challenge.

Didnt even want to give it one star. Boring, poorly explained, too slow, too easy. Sound quality of "coach" is about as good as that 80s spelling toy. Download something else.

Great so far

Ive never done squats much in the past because they bore me. But this app has held my interest enough that now I really look forward to the next session to see how I do.
